Questions

Is there a free trial?

No trial — a 14-day money back guarantee instead. Pay, use it properly, and if it is not working email us within 14 days for a full refund.

What if I cancel an annual plan after 14 days?

Annual plans are annual. Once the guarantee window closes the commitment is made, and there are no prorated refunds. If you are unsure, start monthly.

Can I switch from monthly to annual?

Yes, from your account settings. We credit the unused part of the current month against the annual plan.

What is the difference between a creator and a reviewer?

A content creator runs the whole process — capture an idea, score it, decide what gets made, draft it, render it and publish. A reviewer sees everything the team is working on, can download finished material and can mark it published, but cannot create or change the work. It suits the person who posts to the website without writing what goes on it.

Do admin and billing accounts use up a seat?

No. Pro includes two admin logins and one billing-only login on top of the five seats. An admin manages people, products and company details but does not create content — if the same person does both, give them Admin and Content creator together and they take one of the creator seats.

What does the billing-only login see?

Invoices and the payment method. Not your ideas, not your pipeline, not a single document. It exists so a bookkeeper never needs a login that shows them your content strategy.

What happens to someone’s work if I remove them?

It stays exactly where it is, visible to everyone still in the account. Removing someone stops them signing in; it never deletes what they made. Nothing in this engine is ever deleted.
