This site describes Makers Imprint, a content decision engine operated by Equity Solutions Network. It is informational. No product is offered for sale here and no payment is collected.

Descriptions of current or planned capability are provided in good faith and may change. Contacting us, or us replying, does not create a contract, a partnership, or an obligation to provide access. Any actual engagement would be covered by a separate written agreement.

Using the site

Please don’t use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application or its data, disrupt the service, or submit material through the contact form that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don’t have the right to send.

The application behind it

The signed-in application is a private internal tool. Access is limited to authorized accounts, and attempting to access it without authorization is not permitted.

Ownership

The content, design, and marks on this site — including the name Makers Imprint and the maker’s mark — belong to Equity Solutions Network. Sending us a message doesn’t transfer ownership of what you wrote; it does let us read and reply to it.

No warranty

This site is provided as is. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and nothing here is professional advice you should rely on for your own business decisions.

Governing law

To be completed on legal review — governing law and venue are a jurisdictional decision, and we’d rather leave this visibly open than state something we haven’t confirmed.
