What we collect

The contact form. Your name, email address, optional company or project, and your message. You choose what to put in it — please don’t include sensitive information. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to stop automated spam, which means Google receives some technical information about your browser and interaction to tell humans from bots; it is Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms that govern that check.

Sign-in, for authorized users only. The application behind this site is an internal tool. Signing in requires an emailed link and sets one cookie that keeps you signed in. It exists to hold your session — it does not follow you to other sites.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records ordinary technical information such as IP address, timestamp, and requested page, which is standard for operating and securing a web service.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the public pages are used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what device and browser they use. It sets first-party cookies and Google processes your IP address as part of that. It is aggregate audience measurement, not advertising, and it runs only on the public marketing pages — never inside the signed-in application. To opt out, use Google’s browser add-on or block analytics cookies; the site works either way.

What we do with it

We use your contact message to read and respond to it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with data brokers.

Services we rely on

• Resend delivers the contact email and sign-in links, so it processes the message and address.
• Railway hosts the application and its database.
• Google Analytics measures use of the public pages, as described above.
• Google reCAPTCHA protects the contact form from automated spam.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this page. Loading a font makes a request to Google, which means your IP address is visible to them. If you’d rather that not happen, blocking third-party fonts in your browser will not break this site.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are delivered to our email and kept there as long as the conversation is useful, then deleted in the ordinary course. Sign-in links expire shortly after they’re issued.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it — write to us via the contact page and we’ll action it. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights; we’ll honor those regardless of where you are.

Children

This is a business tool and is not directed to children.

Changes

If this policy changes we’ll update the date above rather than quietly editing it.
